The Missions of Many
Whenever the opportunity presents I love to share the mission of The Greater Glory Co. In each instance the story of Flags of Valor surfaces. The more often the story is told the more we realize that we are part of something big, bigger than one person, one company, or one mission.
The biblical wisdom rings clear from Ecclesiastes 4:12 – Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
With the truth from Ecclesiastes comes a wonderful manifestation across the touchpoints of three – the mission of Flags of Valor, the mission of The Greater Glory Co., and the missions of the ministries in partnership in concert to produce the fruit of goodness from Commerce, Christ, Compassion and beyond.
About Flags of Valor
Here is a group that strives to provide for the servicemen and women who can seemingly be overlooked by the country they have so served. Here is a section of the FOV story that hits home, in part:
[Flags of Valor with] a strong empathy for the veteran journey led them to purposely pursue some of the most troubled veterans who are dealing with Post Traumatic Stress or physical disabilities from their military service. The environment at Flags Of Valor serves as a sanctuary for them…a place where they can convert raw materials into beautiful works of art. Flags of Valor built a culture where camaraderie, shared mission, and love of country resonates deeply with every teammate.
It is an honor to work alongside the team at FOV as they handcraft each work of art – particularly the Christian Flag!
As our business and ministry partners plow on through the COVID storm – each faces common challenges that test our trust, faith, peace and hope. A phrase gleaned from the team at FOV, and repurposed for our journey, rings true – Charlie Mike – Continue Mission. Let us resolve to do just that and lay hold of the promises in faith for this day.
The 3 Part Mission of The Greater Glory Co. To encourage the sharing of testimonies, and release transforming power amongst the curious, the hungry, and thirsty – the world. Offer handcrafted wood Christian flags that celebrate and memorialize the transformed life, and…support the ministries that tend to the least among these, orphans and children aging out of foster care.
